Our ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) is now available for use! It is located at the Mankato Hospital in the atrium.

The ITM is better than a traditional ATM for a few reasons. Not only can you video chat with a representative, but it also allows you to withdraw cash in $1, $5, $10 or $20 bills. Plus, you can make deposits and cash checks with this machine! Have a Visa Credit Card with us? You can make a credit card payment on the ITM during regular business hours.

Can I make a Loan Payment at the ITM if I do not have a checking account?

With the ITM you can request assistance from a representative and make a deposit into your savings account and then transfer those funds to make a payment to your loan.

At the ITM, can I deposit a check or cash into my account?

Yes, you can deposit a check at anytime if you have a MEFCU debit card. If you do not have a MEFCU debit card you will need to speak with a representative.

If I don't have a membership, can I still use the ITM?

Yes, but not all features will be available for use. As with any of our ATMs, the ITM is open to non-members and cash can be withdrawn for a small fee. To take full advantage of the ITM, become a MEFCU member today!

Can I cash a check with change?

Yes, if you are a MEFCU member you can cash a check with change. Request a representative and they will cash your check.

What are the hours I can talk to a teller when using the ITM?

Representatives are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
