FAQs about ""

  • Why doesn't my physical card match the image used in the app?

There are default images used within the app, which may not match the design of your card.

  • Online Banking always makes me get a Secure Code, why?

When you get the secure access code and enter it, the system asks if you want to register the device. If you say no, it will require a new access code each time you go to log in. If you say yes and it still is asking for a new code, your computer or device is not storing the memory that you told it to remember it.

Some devices have their security set up to delete cookies/cache data more regularly, which will wipe away the record of your registered device and will require a new registration. This is something you will need to update on your computer.
