Giveaway Entries: Members may enter the giveaway by enrolling in eStatements by July 8, 2019. Individuals may also enter the Giveaway by legibly hand-printing their name, street address (including City, State, and ZIP code), phone number, and the words “Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union Giveaway Entry,” on a 3” x 5” card and mailing it by US Mail to Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union, Attention: eStatement iPad Giveaway, 130 23rd Avenue SW, Rochester, MN 55902 (one entry per exterior envelope). Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, or illegible entries or mail.
Prize Giveaway: One (1) iPad valued at $354.00. Winner/Prize recipient is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by phone, mail and/or email within seven (7) days of the Giveaway.
